Fan Bing Bing stars in Guo Jingming's ground-breaking Chinese CGI action fantasy adventure. Sorcerers, lords and beasts vie for domination of the city of Odin in this magical fantasy centred on themes of family and friendship. It's adapted by multi-talented Guo Jingming from his own six million-selling fantasy novels. To bring this extraordinary story to the screen, he has created China's first ever fully CGI motion capture movie. Working alongside the visually stunning effects are a magnificent ensemble cast headed by the reigning queen of C-cinema herself, Fan Bing Bing, who was recently seen in 'X-Men: Days of Future Past'. Among those joining her are Kris Wu, formerly of the Chinese-South Korean boy band EXO, and Lin Yun - both of whom had roles in Stephen Chow's box office record-breaking 'The Mermaid' earlier this year. Modern China's most successful writer, Guo Jingming's credits include the hugely successful 'Tiny Times' books and their four spin-off movies.
