He is abused and ignored by his family members as well as his beloved. One day, drunk out of frustration, a very absurd thought happens to come in his mind which is actually uttered by his best friend Kala. The next day Jagseer goes to the University and College, where he got his post-graduation and graduation, and demands for the refund of the expenses spent on getting education. Being passed down from one institution to another, Jagseer comes to know about that the school management is responsible for his present day circumstances. As a result he files a case against the school management for providing wrong education. After a lot of humorous twists and turns, the case reaches to a such kind of condition where the public questions the condition of the current education system and the result of the case rests on the five questions posed to Jagseer.
