Gift cards & vouchers

Cineworld gift cards and gift boxes are available to purchase in cinema and online through our website. Choose from a range of vibrant designs from £10 - £100.

Cineworld Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in the cinema to purchase tickets and snacks.

Cineworld Gift Cards can also be used towards the purchase of an annual Unlimited Membership online through our gift shop.

All gift cards and e-gift vouchers are valid for 24 months (or 5 years in Ireland) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the gift card or e-gift confirmation email. Gift cards and e-gift vouchers contained in our seasonal gift boxes, such as the Christmas gift box and the Valentine’s Day gift box, are usually valid until a specified date, usually 6 months after the occasion, please check the gift box terms for more details.

To check the remaining validity of your gift cards and e-gift vouchers, please contact us via our online contact form.

Once the entire balance of your Gift Card has been used and no top up has been made within 30 days from that date, the gift card will be deactivated and will not be re-usable. Any balance unused during the card’s 24-month validity period (or 5-year period in Ireland) will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Where the value on the Gift Card is less than the total Transaction Value, you will need to make up the difference in price with another payment option. If the gift card redemption is on one of our web sites, such payment will need to be by credit, debit, or charge card but cannot be made using other Gift Cards or e-Gift Vouchers.

You may cancel the purchase of a Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher, Gift Box or e-Gift Box and claim a refund at any time up to 15 days from (and including) the date it was purchased. However, if the Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher or any of the Gift Box vouchers or e-Gift Box voucher codes have been used your refund will be reduced to reflect such usage.

If you asked us to send the Gift Box or Unlimited Gift Box to you by Recorded Delivery 1st class post, then the premium paid for such postage will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Please send your unused Gift Card or Gift Box Vouchers by registered post to Cineworld Customer Services at 8th Floor Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG with your written request to cancel.

If you wish to cancel the purchase of your e-Gift Voucher or e-Gift Box, please contact us via our online contact form stating the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN or e-Gift Box voucher codes and your request to cancel.

All our cinemas will have the seasonal gift boxes available, depending on stock availability.

Yes, you can order a gift box online to be delivered anywhere in the UK. Please note that delivery charges will apply and that we are unable to currently deliver to Dublin.

Alternatively, you can order an e-gift box which will be sent to the designated email address straight away and will not incur and additional delivery costs.

You can pay for tickets booked online using a Cineworld Gift Card or an e-Gift Card. Just select your ticket, choose your seat and select Gift Card under Payment Methods and enter your gift card number and pin.
