Can I change an advance booking that I have already made?

Cineworld is unable to alter existing bookings, but we will be happy to cancel your booking and allow you to rebook for another performance, provided you have not already collected your tickets from the cinema. Please contact our Unlimited Helpdesk team on 0330 333 4444 with your booking reference and Unlimited Card. Please note special rules apply:

• Only the person who made the original booking may cancel it.
• Cancellations can be made up to 20 minutes before the performance start time, we will not be able to process any cancellations after this time.
• Cancellations cannot be made once the tickets have been collected from the cinema.
