Cineworld Speke is celebrating its one-year anniversary on Wednesday 7th August with Everton FC. And we're offering the local community the chance to meet U23 players and be part of the fun – all in the name of charity.
Money will be raised in support of the building of a new mental health charity in Liverpool and Merseyside, so come down and embrace the fun in aid of a great cause.
The U23 team have have been crowned as PL2 Champions and PL Trophy winners, gathering crowds of supporters of up to 15,000 at Goodison Park.
Also don't miss your chance to meet ex-Everton FC player Ian Snodin, plus Miss Liverpool region winner Finley Unsworth.
And if that wasn't enough, we've got loads of fun activities planned.
- Play FIFA on the Superscreen to test your football skills against Everton U23 players
- Feel like a movie star by walking the red carpet, and have your photo taken with the players
- Take it to the edge and challenge your friends to the Superscreen Shadow Wall (see the video below)
- Take on the speedball challenge and see if you can kick a ball as hard as some of the best players in the game
- Enjoy a wide variety of charity raffles, competitions and giveaways, with prizes to be won throughout the day, including an Unlimited card.
Summer is the perfect time to come down and celebrate the one-year anniversary of Cineworld Speke, with a host of amazing family-friendly movie releases including The Angry Birds Movie 2, The Lion King, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Toy Story 4.
