An important update about your Unlimited membership

We emailed you a little while ago to let you know that your Unlimited card is not currently active as you do not have a direct debit set up and that your account is in arrears with an outstanding balance of £16.10 (or £18.29 if you are a West End member) – which is your new monthly fee!

This new fee comes into effect immediately as we are pleased to pass on the temporary VAT reductions the UK government have introduced in support of the leisure sector as a thank you for staying with us.

If you haven’t already settled your balance, please click here to make a missed payment. This will also reinstate your Direct Debit. Payments will remain frozen until after 26 August so once you have made the missed payment your first month is covered, meaning your next payment due will be after 26 September, on your regular Direct Debit date. This payment may be reduced as we will credit you for any days you were unable to use your card due to our closure, which you paid for previously.

If you didn’t get our email, be sure to check that your contact details are up to date. You can do so by linking your Unlimited card to your My Cineworld Account or by giving us a call on 0330 333 4444.

We appreciate these are unprecedented times, but if you are still in your 12-month contract, please make sure to contact us so we can find a solution for you if you have any issues or concerns. Our call centre is now back open so you can discuss your account with our Unlimited team on 0330 333 4444.
