1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this Promotion (the "Promotion"), you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Promotion form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Participants
You must be a UK resident and you must be 16 years old or over ("Entrants") to enter the Promotion. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent/legal guardian to enter, and the Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of permission. The Promotion is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, W & J Linney Limited their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not valid at our cinema in The Republic of Ireland.
3. How to Enter
To enter, entrants simply need to select the link on the Cineworld Advent Calendar promotional microsite website – cineworld.com/adventcalendar. Entrants will then need to open the Advent Calendar by clicking the button, which will play a video before presenting to the entrant either: a retail QR code, an offer code, or a prize draw. This will vary each day.
We regret that we are unable to accept entries other than via the promotional microsite website.
Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw.
Entries must be received between Promotion Period, 15th December 2024 at 00:00 and 25th December 2024 at 23:59 (the "Closing Date").
4. The Draw
For the prize draw element of the Promotion, winners will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Winners will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
The winners will be contacted within thirty (30) working days of the Prize Draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winners or should the winners be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Cineworld's decision regarding the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to take part in any such publicity.
5. The Prizes and retail QR codes
Prizes are provided by Cineworld Cinemas Limited and Noble Collection (the “Prize Providers”).
Throughout the Promotion Period entrants have the opportunity to win:
• Regular popcorn when using the QR code from the Advent Calendar microsite at all UK based Cineworld cinemas. Limited to 10,000 redemptions. Offer available for 1 day only, while stocks last;
• 10% off 'Wicked' products bought from www.noblecollection.co.uk only, subject to availability. Code is limited to 500 uses. The code MUST be used prior to checking out as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to new or previous purchases. The discount code has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, does not apply to shipping fees or gift cards, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or basket discounts. Free mainland UK delivery is available when you spend over £60 (after discounts have been applied). Valid for use from promotion launch until 23:59pm on 31st January 2025. The Noble Collection reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.

6. Winner's details
The name and county of the winner will be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published Closing Date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to Cineworld Advent Calendar Promotion, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG.
7. Promoter and Promoter's Rights
The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, trading as Cineworld Cinemas (company number: 01915767, registered office: 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG). Cineworld Cinemas reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays, injuries, accidents, death or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Prize Trip.

10. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas' Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.com). All entries will be processed by our trusted partner W & J Linney Limited who will treat your personal data securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
