Trouble Shooting - My Cineworld & Unlimited Membership Syncing

Problem: I previously shared one My Cineworld account with multiple Unlimited members and we can only sync one Unlimited membership.

Solution: You now need to have a separate My Cineworld account for each Unlimited account. If the shared My Cineworld account was registered to your email address, link your Unlimited account to this membership and create new My Cineworld accounts for each other Unlimited member in your family or friend group.

Problem: I pay for an Unlimited member who is under 16. How do I manage their account?

Solution: Due to age restrictions, we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to manage their own Unlimited account. If you are the payee for the Unlimited membership of someone under 16, you can manage their account on their behalf until they turn 16. This will allow you to manage their Friends & Family requests so you are able to book tickets for them online using their Unlimited card. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to set this up.

Problem: I have synced my own Unlimited account but I can no longer book for my friend/family member using their Unlimited card.

Solution: In order to book for someone else using their Unlimited card, they will first need to sync their account also. Once this is done, you can request to be added to their Friends & Family list. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Problem: When I signed up to Unlimited, I used an email address that I no longer have access to. How do I sync my account?

Solution: You will need to give our Unlimited team a call on 0333 003 3444 who will be able to update your email address for you. Please note it takes up to 24 hours for your email address to update on our system and you will not be able to sync your account until the update has taken place. You will still be able to use your Unlimited card to book tickets in the cinema as usual.
