Meerkat Movies Terms and Conditions

2.       Sunday Bundle ticket offer is only available at Cineworld Sheffield, Glasgow Renfrew, Eastbourne, Castleford and Falkirk on Sundays for screenings before 5pm.  Event cinema and special screenings excluded.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

 

2. Participants

Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Mongoose Promotions Limited, W&J Linney, NBC Universal Ltd, Element London Ltd or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to:

Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners.

Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

Cineworld is unable to accept entries other than via the microsite. Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Friday the 28^th June  (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 25^th of July  (the “Closing Date”).

4. The Draw

All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. 

 

The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place.

Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the competition has ended and a winner is announced.

Prize Details

The Winner will receive:

• one (1) package holiday consisting of three (3) nights, at a luxury chateau in Yvelines for four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children under sixteen (16) years old, in total four (4) persons (“Holiday Prize”).

Holiday Prize - Terms and Conditions:

• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one traveller must be aged twenty-one (21) or over. Anyone under eighteen (18) will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Paris, France. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including but not limited to: costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Accommodation based on four (4) adults sharing two (2) double occupancy rooms (two (2) people per room) OR two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years old sharing one (1) quadruple occupancy room for three (3) nights in a chateau hotel in Yvelines, France;
• Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• The Holiday Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the Holiday Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;

• Hot air balloon flight - the minimum height to participate is 3ft9” and, the minimum age is seven (7) years old. It is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have neck, back or heart conditions or any other serious health concerns;
• High ropes adventure park - age requirements will vary by circuit, the minimum age to participate is three (3) years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. It is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have neck, back or heart conditions or any other serious health concerns. The maximum weight to participate is 299 lbs;
