Movies for Juniors (only available at certain UK cinemas)

Terms and Conditions

Discounted ticket price available, for children and accompanying adults, on selected film screenings on a Saturday and/or Sunday at participating Cineworld Cinemas, see Cineworld.com or check in-cinema for price details.

All customers aged 16 or over must be accompanying a child. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Movie for Juniors tickets may be purchased online, by telephone or in-cinema. Please note that, where tickets are booked online or by telephone, a fee of 70p per person for whom a seat is booked is payable. The fee represents a charge for booking remotely and includes an amount payable to Classic Cinemas Limited for processing online/telephone payments and redemptions. If customers do not wish to pay a fee of 70p per person it is possible to purchase tickets in person at the cinema where this fee will not apply.

Terms and Conditions

  1. £2.95 Munchbox Offer ("Offer") only available to Movies for Juniors ticket holders.  Valid ticket must be shown to redeem Offer.  One Offer available per ticket.
  2. Offer must be redeemed in cinema before the chosen Movies for Juniors screening. Cannot be purchased in advance online.
  3. Includes (a) sweet or salted popcorn, (b) Fruit Shoot (200ml) or Water (250ml) and (c) Milky Way Magic Stars or Raisins or Cheestrings. No alternatives may be requested although Cineworld may substitue items with alternative products of an equivalent or greater value where not avaliable.

Meerkat Movies Terms and Conditions

  1. Use of the Meerkat Movies code (“Code”) at any participating Cineworld Cinema on at www.cineworld.com constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. All terms and instructions relevant to the Meerkat Movies promotion available at www.comparethemarket.com/information/meerkat-movies-terms and other collateral form part of these T&Cs.
  2. Only customers who present a valid Code for this offer at participating Cineworld Cinemas shall be entitled to claim a free cinema ticket, when more than one ticket is purchased by the customer for the same screening. The lowest price ticket will be free.
  3. Codes are only valid for one screening on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday at participating Cineworld Cinemas. All Cineworld Cinemas participate in the Meerkat Movies promotion with the exception of The Screening Rooms Cheltenham, Glasgow Science Centre, Cineworld Dublin and Cineworld Jersey.
  4. Codes may only be used once and cannot be used again once expired. Codes expire on completion of your ticket purchase transaction, or if not used, at 00:00:59 (59 seconds after midnight) on the Thursday after it is issued.
  5. Offer applies to standard 2D tickets only. Uplift charges for 3D, IMAX, Superscreen, Impact, D-Box and 4DX will apply to each customer, including the '241' ticket.
  6. This offer only applies to standard cinema screenings and excludes premieres, previews, school bookings, corporate or private hires, third party bulk ticket purchases, private screenings, event cinema, live broadcasts and as live broadcasts.

Twitter 'Free Tickets' Promotions (only available at certain UK cinemas)

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering a Cineworld Twitter competition you will be deemed to accept these T&Cs.
  2. All instructions in the relevant Cineworld Tweet relating to this competition form part of these T&Cs.
  3. Participants must be a UK resident to participate. Participants under 18 years old may be asked for proof of the consent of a parent or legal guardian to claim tickets. Promotion not available to employees of Cineworld.
  4. Entry to the competition is free and entered through re-tweeting the Cineworld tweet. 
  5. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries and notified by direct message on twitter with the ticket codes to be redeemed at www.cineworld.com.  Cineworld may need to publish the winner’s full name and county of residence for legal reasons.  Participants agree to provide their full name and county of residence on request and consent to these details being published in the event that they are the winner. 
  6. One entry per person permitted.
  7. Cineworld’s Unlimited Fan of the Month Competition

Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of these terms 
    By taking part in Cineworld’s Unlimited Fan of the Month Competition (the “Competition”) and uploading an entry to Instagram or Twitter, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to the Competition form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  2. Participants
    2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over, subject to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3 below. Participants under 18 years old may be asked for proof of the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part. 
    2.2 Entrants must be an active Cineworld Unlimited club member with an account in good standing. “Active” means using your Unlimited Club card at least once per calendar month. Your Cineworld Unlimited account is in “good standing” if it is open, active and not in arrears. 
    2.3 The Competition is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.
  3. How to Enter
    3.1 To enter this Competition, a qualified entrant must either post a photo or message on Twitter and/or Instagram using the hashtag #CineworldUnlimited, during the relevant Promotional Period (as defined in paragraph 4.1). Entrant’s Twitter or Instagram accounts must be set to public so the Promoter can view entries for the entry to be considered valid. Internet access and a valid Twitter and/or Instagram account is required.
    3.2 It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they have submitted have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants warrant that any images they submit are their own work.
    3.3 The winner shall be the owner of the Twitter or Instagram account from which the selected entry is sent and any other person in the winning tweet/Instagram post will not have any rights to the prize.
    3.4 The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. 
    3.5 Participants may submit multiple entries to the Competition, but will be able to win a ‘Unlimited Fan of the Month” prize only once. No duplicate entries will be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or automated devices will be void.
  4. Start and Closing Date
    4.1 The Competition is ongoing, and the first month’s judging will occur on 13th June 2016 and will include all entries received since 1st June 2016 until 23:59 on 12th June 2016. Thereafter, each monthly competition will open on 12th of the month and close at 23:59 of the 11th of each month (the “Promotion Period”).
  5. Picking the Winner(s)
    Shortlist:
    5.1 All entries will go through an initial filtering process to ensure entries meet the entry criteria. Every month, the Cineworld Social Media Team, together with an independent judge, will select a shortlist of 10 entrants (each a “Shortlisted Entrant”). Entries will be judged on: (i) the most engaging content using #CineworldUnlimited; and (ii) composition and connection to the Cineworld Unlimited brand whilst abiding by the rules for upload (see below). The judges’ selection of the Shortlisted Entrants will be at their sole discretion and will be final.
    Winner Selection:
    5.2 The Shortlisted Entrants will be contacted by private message on the platform through which they entered within 3 working days of the end of the applicable Promotion Period, and will be asked to answer the question “Why should YOU be the Unlimited Fan of the Month?” (the “Competition Question”). If a Shortlisted Entrant does not submit an answer within 3 days of being contacted by the Promoter, they will forfeit their position as a Shortlisted Entrant.
    5.3 The Shortlisted Entrants who answer the Competition Question (in accordance with paragraph 5.2 above), will be judged by a panel comprising of Cineworld staff and one independent member (the “Panel”), who will select one (1) Unlimited Fan of the Month (the “Winner”) based on the most creative and original answer to the Competition Question. The Panel’s selection of the Winner will be at their sole discretion and will be final. The Winner will be selected within 10 working days of the end of each Promotion Period. The full names of the judges will be made available on request by writing to the Promoter (at the address set out in paragraph 7 below).
    5.4 Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language or imagery; ii) include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
    5.5 The Winner(s) and Shortlisted Entrants may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Competition they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, irrevocable royalty free, worldwide, perpetual licence (with a right to sub-licence) to use, republish, edit and/or modify your competition entry in any all media for purposes connected with the Competition and as described in these terms and conditions.
  6. The Prize
    6.1 There will be one (1) Winner per month who will receive a £100 Cineworld gift card. T&Cs apply in relation to the Cineworld Gift Card – http://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/gift-cards-and-e-gift-cards.
    6.2 Please note that Cineworld gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality of the prize. No cash alternatives will be offered. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of Cineworld’s control, Cineworld reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
    6.3 The Winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of being selected as the Winner, and will be given details of how to claim their prize. If a Winner rejects the Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, then the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and the judges shall be entitled to select another Winner using the process referred to above.
    6.4 Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize is excluded.
  7. Winner’s Details
    The Winner’s name and county will be disclosed to anyone who writes requesting the details within one month after the published closing date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to Unlimited Fan of the Month competition - Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, 8th Floor Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG.
  8. Promoter and Promoter’s Rights

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer available to customers who have purchased My Cineworld Plus upgrade and hold a valid voucher code.
  2. Offer includes £2/€2 off full price of ‘2 for’ combo (a regular sized soft dispensed drink with either regular sized popcorn / hot dog or nachos) (‘2 for’ offer) when the relevant ‘2 for’ offer is purchased in any participating Cineworld cinema.
  3. To use the voucher code customers must present the QR code on the voucher (printed or on their mobile device) together with a valid cinema ticket at the concessions counter when purchasing the relevant ‘2 for’ offer.
  4. Only one voucher code per ‘2 for’ offer purchased may be used. Each voucher code is valid for single use only.
  5. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer although the in-cinema food and drink discount offer currently available to Unlimited members will still apply. No cash alternatives.
  6. Food and Drink items are subject to availability. Cineworld will endeavour to supply the food and drink items specified in the offer codes but reserves the right to substitute with alternative products when not available.
  7. Voucher codes will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Voucher codes not used within that 12 month period will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  8. Offer not available to Cineworld staff.

  1. Acceptance of these Terms
    By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  2. Participants
    You must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over to participate. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, CinemaLive, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter this Prize Draw, entrants simply need to provide us with their feedback about their cinema experience by answering 3 questions. To provide their feedback entrants must select the ‘leave feedback’ link which is contained within the email sent to entrants after their cinema visit when booking online; or go online and manually enter the feedback link included at the bottom of their Cineworld till receipt (issued when making a purchase in any Cineworld cinema). Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Copyright in all entries is owned by the Promoter.
  4. Start Date and Closing Date
    There will be 5 Prize Draws running from 1 July 2019 until 30 September 2020;
    1. The start time and date for the first Prize Draw is 01:00am on 1 July 2019 and the closing time and date for entries for the first Prize Draw is 11.59pm on 30 September 2019.
    2. Second Prize Draw shall start at 12:00am on 1 October 2019 and shall close at 11.59pm on 31 December 2019;
    3. Third Prize Draw shall start at 12:00am on 1 January 2020 and close at 11.59pm on 31 March 2020;
    4. Fourth Prize Draw shall start at 12:00am on 1 April 2020 and close at 11.59pm on 30 June 2020;
    5. Fifth Prize Draw shall start at 12:00am on 1 July 2020 and close at 11.59pm on 30 September 2020.
  5. The Draw
    All entries received by the respective Prize Draw closing dates (which will differ for each Prize Draw, as detailed above) will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn, for each Prize Draw, at random from all the entries received in accordance with these T&Cs. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The draw will take place on or after the Prize Draw closing date.
    The winner will receive an email notifying them that they have won no later than 2 weeks from the date that the draw takes place. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner within 2 weeks from the date of notifying them or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld’s decision regarding the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity.
  6. The Prize
    The Prizes are provided by Cineworld Cinemas Limited. There will be five (5) winners in total, i.e. one (1) winner for each Prize Draw, who must be 18 years or over. The prize that the winner receives per Prize Draw will be a £250 monetary award paid to the winner’s bank account via BACs transfer. In order to make payment, the winner must provide Cineworld with a valid account number and sort code for a bank account registered in the winner’s name. Payment will be made by Cineworld to the winner within 1 month of each prize draw.
    The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
  7. Exclusions
    Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
  8. Winner’s details
    The winner’s name and county will be disclosed to anyone who writes requesting the details within one month after the published closing date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to Cineworld Cinemas Experience Feedback Prize Draw - Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG.

    2. Pick up one “Disney’s The Lion King” IMAX Collectable Ticket from the relevant cinema, presenting a valid ticket (or confirmation of booking) to see “The Lion King” for IMAX screenings only, during the period Friday 19th July to Sunday 21st July 2019.
    3. Post a photo with your “Disney’s The Lion King” IMAX Collectable Ticket tagging @Cineworld and #LionKingIMAX between Friday 19th July to Sunday 21st July 2019.
    Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw.
    Not valid on any non-IMAX screenings, premieres, special events of “Disney’s The Lion King”, or any screenings not open to the general public.
    The “Disney’s The Lion King” IMAX Collectable Tickets are subject to limited availability and treated on a first come first serve basis until stocks last.
  5. The Draw
    All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
    The draw will take place on Monday 22nd July 2019.
    The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the Closing Date.
    Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  6. The Prize
    The Prize is provided by Cineworld Cinemas (the “Prize Provider”). There will be one (1) prize winner who will win:
    One year’s worth of IMAX tickets (max 52 IMAX tickets in total, equalling to 1 IMAX ticket per week). All 52 tickets will be sent within 28 days of winner notification.
    The Prize includes:
    • Fifty-two (52) IMAX tickets to be redeemed online when booking or in-cinema. These are valid for 12 months from date of delivery

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to Disney’s The Lion King” RealD 3D and 4DX 3D Unlimited Card Members Prize Draw (available to Unlimited Card Members only subject to the terms below and excluding the Republic of Ireland).

    By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.   4. How to Enter
    To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to:
    1. Book a ticket / tickets to see Disney’s The Lion King in RealD 3D or 4DX 3D, online at www.cineworld.co.uk, using their Unlimited Card. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number;
    2. Visit Disney’s The Lion King in RealD 3D and 4DX 3D promotional website at https://www.cineworldcompetition.co.uk/thelionking and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name, email address, telephone number and address (optional).
    Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners. Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
    We regret that we are unable to accept entries other than via the microsite. Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 26 July 2019 at 00.01 and 2 Aug 2019 23.59 (‘Closing Date’).
  5. The Draw
    All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winners will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winners will be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw taking place. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the competition has ended and the winners are announced.
  6. The Prize
    The Prize is provided by Cineworld Cinemas Limited and is non-transferable. There will be three (3) winners. Each winner will receive a prize consisting of:
