1. DC League of Super-Pets (released July 29th)
Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart voice super-powered mutts on a mission in this action-packed animated adventure from the makers of The LEGO Movie.
The Jumanji and Central Intelligence co-stars voice the canine companions of Superman (John Krasinski) and Batman (Keanu Reeves), respectively, and must bound into action when their masters are kidnapped by the nefarious Lex Luthor (Marc Maron).
Expect plenty of sly in-jokes for the adults and colorful, energetic gags for the youngsters in this tail-wagging addition to the expanding DC movie canon.

2. The Railway Children Return (on release now)
All aboard for this nostalgic and sweet-natured journey into the past. The sequel to the beloved The Railway Children picks up with a group of child evacuees in Yorkshire who must help a stranded soldier.
Be enveloped by the magic of train travel and the innocence of a bygone age as Jenny Agutter returns to her signature role as Roberta aka Bobbie. Sheridan Smith, John Bradley and Tom Courtenay round out the excellent cast.

3. Minions: The Rise of Gru (on release now)
Ever wondered where your favourite super-villain Gru came from? This sequel to the blockbusting Minions movie gives us the answer.
Steve Carell's delightfully devious baddie is given his own origin story as we're taken back to the 1970s when Gru first met the Minions. Gru is attempting to get in with the Vicious 6 villains' collective, who are voiced by cult action movie luminaries including Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

4. Lightyear (on release now)
There's still time to head for infinity and beyond with Lightyear on the big screen. Disney-Pixar's latest eye-popping adventure brings us the human inspiration for the iconic Buzz Lightyear toy, and the human Buzz is voiced by Captain America himself, Chris Evans.
Expect a dazzling journey across the universe and a host of starry voices in support including Taika Waititi and Keke Palmer.
