It's been a fantastic year for film fans, and Cineworld Unlimited audiences in particular. Throughout the last 12 months, we've been delighted to bring you exciting previews of the biggest movies – and rest assured, 2020 isn't set to slow down.
Before we get there, however, we're revisiting several of this year's greatest Unlimited screenings, with selected reactions from viewers. Will your favourite movie get in our list? Scroll down to find out.
1. Can You Ever Forgive Me?
Melissa McCarthy and Richard E. Grant made for a winning, Oscar-nominated pairing in Marielle Heller's remarkable account of a real-life literary deception.
loved it - career best for Melissa McCarthy & haven't seen Richard E Grant sink his teeth into a role that good in years. best character pairing in a long time, and nobody says "i love you" quite like Lee & Jack!

2. If Beale Street Could Talk
Barry Jenkins followed up his Oscar-winning Moonlight with this sumptuous romantic drama, focusing on two young lovers threatened by the spectre of jail time.
@BarryJenkins sure knows how to compose a beautiful image with beautiful people in glorious close-up. And, as with @moonlightmov, his musical choices are brave, unexpected and heartbreaking. Terrific performances and faithful to the source material. Nice work!

3. Wild Rose
Beast and Chernobyl actor Jessie Buckley stuns and does her own singing as a mother, newly released from prison, who sets her sights on becoming a country music star.
Superb. I felt closer to these characters than I did when watching A Star is Born. The humour, the emotion, it was all much more relatable and the performances by Buckley and Julie Walters were stunning. As for the ending? Beautiful. Highly recommend.

4. Shazam!
Zachary Levi charms as the eponymous DC superhero in a rip-roaring adventure that couples the verve of Superman with the body swap comedy of Big.
Never saw it coming but think #Shazam is the strongest entry to stand the test of time from DC yet. Sure it hit most superhero origin clichés but also made fun of the ones it didn’t - it was genuinely funny and had heart! A great family superhero movie! Thanks @cineworld

5. Eighth Grade
Newcomer Elsie Fisher is heart-wrenchingly relatable in this authentic and moving look at adolescence, from debut director Bo Burhnam.
Fantastic depiction of life at that age. There’s a bit of everyone in Elsie Fishers performance. The cringeworthy scenes playing out with long lingering camera shots worked so well. #EighthGrade was an excellent #Unlimited screening #CineworldUnlimited
— Craig Fields (@IamCrag) April 8, 2019
6. Beats
Screen newcomers Cristian Ortega and Lorn McDonald are terrific in this nostalgic, black and white ode to the heyday of Scottish rave culture.
#beatsfilm is a real flashback. Just loved the characters and the soundtrack. The movie was very authentic and the Trippy Visuals during the E scene was spot on. Thanks #CineworldYate #cineworldunlimited for a pre release Screening. Shout out to the cast and crew. You nailed it.

7. Booksmart
Olivia Wilde made her confident, funny and poignant feature film debut with this story of two bookworms who go hog wild on their final night of high school.
#Booksmart is a terrific time. A genuine Coming-of-Age tale with a twist that looks into friendship, relationships and the horrors of High School in a hilarious and genuinely authentic way. Highly recommended! @cineworld #CineworldUnlimited pic.twitter.com/o2TAbrx2CI

8. Long Shot
Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen are an unlikely but wonderful pairing in a rom-com exploring the relationship between a government high flier and a schlubby journalist.
Going in I was a little worried it was just going to be awkward humour, but I came out loving it. I laughed, I cried, and I really want to see it again. Theron and Rogen bounce off each other so well. Definitely going to be recommending this to friends.

9. Rocketman
Taron Egerton stuns as the great Elton John in this sweeping musical that explores the highs and lows of the pop supremo's storied life.
Absolutely unbelievable - cracking cast, unreal soundtrack (obvs) & really cleverly done! Catapulted to being my film of the year & it’s going to be incredibly hard to outdo! 10/10, I wouldn’t change a thing... @TaronEgerton did @eltonofficial proud xx #cineworldunlimited

10. Yesterday
Danny Boyle teamed with Richard Curtis for this feel-good comedy about the only guy on Earth who can remember the music of The Beatles.
#YesterdayMovie is a great, feel good film. @HimeshJPatel and Lily James play great leads, & Kate McKinnon equally great in support. Plenty of other familiar faces join in the fun, too. A fond tribute to music of the Fab Four. Highly recommended.

11. Pain and Glory
Pedro Almodovar made a triumphant turn with this affecting study of ageing and regret, eliciting a career-best performance from Antonio Banderas in the process.
A beautiful film. Antonio Banderas was exquisite. This is exactly the sort of film that Unlimited screenings should represent. Such a shame that we don't see more foreign/indie films. But then the general IQ of Cineworld patrons explains it.

12. The Farewell
Writer-director Lulu Wang adapts her own story of family tragedy in this moving story of an east-west culture clash, starring an excellent Awkwafina.
I loved this film so much. If there is any movie that you should support in Independent film and spend your money on, it’s this one. The amount of love that this family has for their grandma is what makes this film so special. #TheFarewell #CineworldUnlimited

13. Judy
Renee Zellweger may be in line for another Oscar with her all-singing, all-dancing portrayal of troubled Hollywood icon Judy Garland.
Oh my goodness. I had no idea how sad Judy's life was and Renée Zellweger deserves another Oscar for her portrayal of such a legendary icon. And that voice!! Ugh, I'm so glad to have seen this tonight. I want to see @JudyGarlandFilm another three times!

14. The Aeronauts
Our first-ever IMAX Unlimited screening was this, a sweeping balloon adventure that reunites The Theory of Everything stars Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones.
Excellent film! Reminded me of Gravity but set a couple of hundred years behind!! Some real edge of your set scenes. A simple movie yet kept us engaged for the duration. Well played.
— decksteria (@decksteria) November 4, 2019
15. Knives Out
The whodunit process has rarely been as fun as it is in Rian Johnson's acclaimed mystery. Daniel Craig leads a terrific cast of detectives and suspects.
What a fun ride #KnivesOut is! A throwback to the murder mystery films that we've enjoyed in the past. Daniel Craig is excellent in it and Ana De Armas is great as the one caught in the middle of the riddle. Stellar cast and great storytelling. Loved it! @KnivesOut Loved it!!

16. Jumanji: The Next Level
Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart re-enter the world of Jumanji for another entertaining blend of body swap comedy and video game madness.
#JumanjiTheNextLevel was absolutely amazing. Kevin Hart steals the whole film and everyone else is absolutely fantastic. Was in tears of laughter during some parts. 9/10 @cineworld #CineworldUnlimited

17. Secret Screening 13 – Queen & Slim
Daniel Kaluuya asserts his star status and Jodie Turner-Smith makes her arresting movie debut in this stylish and hard-hitting update of the classic Bonnie and Clyde outlaw odyssey.
So the @cineworld #SecretScreening was #QueenandSlim for my 85th cinema trip this year! A great preview. A beautifully shot, tension filled, thought provoking, emotional rollercoaster of a film. Think this one may be in my top 5 films of 2019! Will defo recommend in January!

18. A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
Tom Hanks is on charming form as revered American TV host Fred Rogers in this moving drama, which explores the legacy of beloved show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.
Absolutely adored it, still thinking about it now. I wish we'd grown up with Mr Rogers in the UK. Such a moving and thought provoking film and great performances from Tom Hanks and the wonderful Matthew Rhys. A must see.
— Fran Orford (@Frannybobs) December 10, 2019
19. Jojo Rabbit
Thor: Ragnarok filmmaker Taika Waititi directs and stars in this off-the-wall spin on the legacy of Nazi tyranny, as a lonely young boy imagines Adolf Hitler as his best friend.
What a beautiful experience #JojoRabbit is. Very silly, very funny but very moving and a very important message of love and unity at a time we need that. Really lovely stuff. @cineworld #CineworldUnlimited
— Luke McCarthy-Reed (@lukehmuse) December 16, 2019
20. Little Women
Greta Gerwig brings earthy vitality and warm humour to this all-star adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's classic 1868 novel.
Amazing. Thought the framing of time in it worked SO WELL, made it feel fresh despite it being adapted lots of times. Cast were brilliant, especially Pugh as the usually unlikeable but this time lovable Amy. Music is beautiful too. Thanks @cineworld, will be seeing again!
