We recently invited film fans to enter the arena of entertainment, better known as Cineworld Leicester Square, to experience Gladiator II in 4DX as part of our special premiere event.
Our 4DX screen acted as the modern-day equivalent of the Colosseum, engulfing audiences in multi-sensory effects to make them feel the impact of the movie's spectacular action scenes.
Ridley Scott's Gladiator sequel is a massive event movie, recreating Ancient Rome in all its majesty and brutality. Cineworld-exclusive 4DX uses moving seats, in combination with wind, water and scent effects, to imbue greater physicality into Scott's breathtaking visual canvas.
From monstrous baboon battles to stand-offs with charging rhinos, the moving seats rumble with a sense of action-packed conflict while wind and water communicate the all-important elements that link the heroic Lucius (Paul Mescal) with the spirit of the Earth.
