Whenever anyone says they don't like the Paddington films, nothing less than a hard stare will do. With the third movie, Paddington in Peru, now on release, we caught up with its star, Hugh Bonneville, who gave us his hard stare—and it's pretty good.
Bonneville returns as Mr. Brown who is escorting the adorable Paddington (voiced by Ben Whishaw) to his birth country to track down his lost Aunt Lucy (Imelda Staunton).
The adventurous canvas is much broader than anything we've seen in the previous Paddington films. However, that delicate sense of whimsy and delight, anchored as before by Whishaw's pitch-perfect vocal performance, is still very much intact.
Hugh also answers questions from Cineworlders, so check out the video below and then book your tickets for the film at the end of this post.
